Sparkling Mango Lemonade
(from Foxes Love Lemons)
Serves :6
You Will Need:
150g Granulated Sugar
175mls Water
2 Mango's - peeled, pitted and chopped
225mls - 275mls Fresh Lemon Juice
700mls Lemon Flavoured Sparkling Water
Method:
1. In a small saucepan, stir together sugar and water. Cook over a medium heat for 4 - 6 minutes or until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes.
2. In a blender, puree mangoes and lemon juice until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh strainer and discard the excess.
3. Pour mango liquid into a pitcher. Add sugar syrup and stir until well combined. Divide mixture between 6 ice filled glasses and top up each glass with sparkling water.

You Will Need:
100ml Vodka
200ml Ginger Beer
2 Lime Wedges
1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
2. Add Vokda and Ginger Beer to the glass.
3. Stir thoroughly.
4. Garnish with a lime wedge.
